More about Ciaran
In 2015 Ciaran completed a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Foundation course with Michael Chaskalson (Mindfulness Works in London) and has international diplomas in Mindfulness for Children and Shinrin Yoku. Ciaran is a certified, advanced Forest Bathing guide & Nature Therapist, after training with the renowned Nature Therapy U.K. in Devon.
Further training includes the Mindfulness in Schools Project, also the Tai Chi Moves program which Ciaran incorporates into her individual sessions, workshops and Forest Bathing. Mindful movement has proven to be especially helpful for those experiencing anxiety and/or an overthinking mind.
Qigong/Tai Chi encourage present moment awareness, thereby taking a busy mind away from unhelpful thoughts and feelings and helping us to feel calm, settled and more 'present'.
When mindful movement is practiced outdoors in nature, the benefits to our mental and physical wellbeing are doubled!

Ciaran is fully insured and DBS checked. She lives in North West London with her 3 children (21, 17 & 13), husband, cat and dog.
