Private Sessions: in person & online
For children & families: in person sessions are available to those in London.

​Regular weekly sessions are usually offered to children and last for 50 minutes. These sessions are an ideal way to tackle specific areas of concern such as anxiety, low self-esteem, anger issues, lack of focus, and coping with certain types of special needs.
​Children are taught breathing techniques, helpful strategies to manage emotions and ways in which to stay focused & present (not worrying about the past or future). All of this is done in a creative and age-appropriate way.

For parents: empowering online coaching sessions are offered to parents. I will teach you how to introduce mindfulness to your child in a fun, engaging way. What's included? Exercises and activities to help with your child's challenges, mindfulness practices for parents - recognising the importance of remaining calm and steady in order to best support your child.
