Mindfulness Training & Courses for Schools & Professionals
Bringing nature-inspired mindfulness to the classroom to support focus, resilience and wellbeing - for students and teachers.
We offer three engaging and interactive mindfulness workshops, designed to support Primary School students and teachers in developing focus, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
Each workshop is bespoke and can be tailored to meet the needs of your school.

Mindfulness for Primary School Children
Suitable for Reception to Y4 students, this workshop is a popular choice for Mental Health Awareness Week, helping children develop simple, effective techniques to manage big emotions. Through mindful crafts, breathing exercises, and gentle movement, children learn to calm their minds, regulate their emotions, and feel more connected to themselves and others.

Mindfulness to Beat Exam Stress & Anxiety
Designed specifically for older primary students, this workshop equips Year 5 and 6 children with practical tools to navigate the pressures of exams and transitions.
Using mindfulness techniques, they’ll learn to manage stress, improve focus, and build confidence – skills that will benefit them far beyond the classroom.

Mindfulness for Teachers
Perfect for staff training days, this online workshop helps teachers experience the benefits of mindfulness while learning how to integrate it into their classrooms.
Topics include mindfulness for SEN students, easy step-by-step ways to introduce mindfulness to children, and creative activities to incorporate into the school day. Teachers will also receive guidance on creating a peaceful space and resources to support ongoing practice.

How nature-inspired mindfulness helps at Primary School
Bringing mindfulness and nature together creates a simple, powerful way to support children’s wellbeing. Here’s why it works:
Helps with anxiety & stress
Simple, grounding techniques help children manage worries, particularly around exams, friendships, and school pressures.
Improves focus & attention
Mindful activities strengthen concentration and make it easier for children to stay engaged in lessons.
Supports emotional regulation
Breathing exercises and sensory-based mindfulness help children manage big emotions like frustration, anger, or overwhelm.
Develops compassion & positive social interaction
Practicing mindfulness together fosters kindness, empathy, and better communication between peers.
Reduces classroom disruptions
Calming techniques create a more settled learning environment, benefiting both students and teachers.
Provides tools for Neurodiverse learners
Nature-based mindfulness is particularly effective for children with ADHD or sensory sensitivities, offering accessible ways to self-regulate.
Encourages a connection to nature
Taking learning outdoors helps children feel grounded, present, and more engaged with the world around them.
Boosts overall wellbeing
By creating moments of calm in the school day, mindfulness supports happier, more resilient children.

Our mindfulness camps and special events offer an exciting, screen-free alternative, filled with playful nature-based activities that help children build emotional resilience, focus, and confidence.
Through mindful movement, nature crafts, sensory exploration, and storytelling, they’ll develop lifelong tools to manage stress and navigate emotions - all while having fun outdoors.
Whether you're planning a one-off session, retreat or wellbeing festival, our events and workshops provide a unique blend of relaxation, learning, and adventure to keep children of all ages engaged, grounded and happy!
Events, Workshops & Wellbeing Festivals
Fun, engaging mindfulness workshops that help children build focus, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to the world around them.
Many children struggle with overwhelming emotions, anxiety, or difficulty concentrating in busy environments.
By combining mindfulness with nature, we create a relaxed, pressure-free space where children can develop confidence, improve focus, and learn self-regulation skills that support them in school and everyday life.
These sessions can be offered indoors or outdoors and offer children a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels natural and fun.

Help where it's most needed
Beyond schools, we collaborate with charities to bring mindfulness to those who need it most - like adolescents on the CAMHS waitlist, using nature to help them find calm, focus, and confidence.
