Personalised mindfulness support to help children manage anxiety, big emotions, and everyday challenges.
Every child experiences moments of worry, overwhelm, or difficulty managing their emotions. Our private mindfulness sessions offer gentle, practical techniques to help children who may struggle with anxiety, low confidence, difficulty concentrating, sleep issues, or emotional outbursts.
Using nature-inspired mindfulness, we guide them through calming breathing exercises, sensory-based grounding techniques, and simple yet effective strategies they can use at home or school. Sessions are tailored to your child’s unique needs, helping them feel more in control, resilient, and at ease in daily life.
In-person sessions are available to those in London. Families in other locations may book support through online sessions.
Regular weekly sessions are usually offered to children and last for 50 minutes.
These sessions are an ideal way to tackle specific areas of concern such as anxiety, low self-esteem, anger issues, lack of focus, and coping with certain types of special needs.
Children are taught ways in which to stay focused & present (not worrying about the past or future). All of this is done in a creative and age-appropriate way.

Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional outbursts, difficulty focusing, or low confidence.
Our parent coaching sessions provide simple, effective mindfulness techniques to help you navigate these challenges with calm and clarity. These sessions empower you with lifelong tools to keep yourself calm and steady, as well as helping your child feel safe, grounded, and understood.
You'll learn fun, practical exercise and activities to introduce mindfulness and help with your child's challenges - whether at home, on school runs, or outdoors. - so you can better support your child’s emotions, build their resilience, and create a more peaceful family environment.

As parents, we’re always juggling - rushing from one thing to the next, looking after everyone else, and rarely taking a moment for ourselves. But to support our children’s well-being, we need to care for our own too.
Our mindful walks offer a chance to slow down, step away from the noise, and recharge in nature. Each guided walk lasts around 90 minutes in a beautiful natural setting, blending gentle movement, mindful breathing, sensory awareness, and simple meditation techniques.
