Teach Mindfulness
in Nature to Children
The UK’s first internationally accredited training.
How does nature-inspired mindfulness help children?
Our world is fast-paced and can become overwhelming - for children and the adults who support them.
Many kids struggle with big emotions, stress, and difficulty focusing, while parents and caregivers often feel unsure of how to help.
There has been a massive increase in ADHD and Autism diagnoses. Spending time in nature is known to help alleviate symptoms.
Our training provides practical, science-backed techniques that can be integrated seamlessly into your work with children - without adding complexity to busy lives.
Whether practised indoors or outside, nature-inspired mindfulness provides a cost-effective, accessible, and proven way to:
-
Calm dysregulated children so they’re ready to learn, engage, or receive support.
-
Improve attention and focus in classroom, therapy, and outdoor settings.
-
Help children manage emotions and build lifelong resilience.
-
Reduce stress and burnout for both children and the adults who support them.

Success Stories

Anna Hewitt is a mindfulness coach and hypnotherapist based in Windsor, with a passion for helping children and adults to rediscover their inner power and voice to support their health and wellbeing.
With her love of nature, Anna embarked on our course to learn how to transfer mindfulness outdoors.
She completed our course in November 2024 and has begun sharing mindfulness in nature activities with local primary-aged children as part of their wellbeing sessions at school.

Claire Goodman is an inspiring course graduate of ours who founded The Donkey Den in Somerset - an Equine Facilitated Learning Centre for children to enhance their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing by engaging with donkeys and immersing themselves in nature.
Claire enrolled herself & her staff in our course last year, with the aim of incorporating mindfulness in nature to their existing therapy program. She recently told us: "We now start our sessions with some mindfulness exercises and a grounding activity to calm the children before they engage with the animals. This definitely makes a difference to how the donkeys behave and helps the children develop self-awareness. We loved your course, thank you!"

Zoe Adams is a Level 3 Forest school leader, Teaching Assistant, SENCO, mum of four grown-up sons, and grandmother to two grandkids! Zoe completed our course in March 2024 and has since set up her own, very successful Little Foragers Forest school for young ones in Kent. "Thank you so much for this amazing opportunity. Your course is wonderful!"
